"Poor Practice"

Such a frustrating medical centre, can't seem to contact the practice manager, trying to get through to reception usually takes a minimum of 10mins, tried calling between 2.30 and 3.30 to speak to a Dr and it's impossible. When you finally get through to the reception your met with nothing but arrogance.

I am sorry that you have had a problem with accessing the Surgery. We are a very busy Surgery and try to be as responsive as we can.

The Telephone Triage sessions from 2.30 - 3.25pm, we appreciate, can be extremely busy and it may take time to get through, due to the large volume of calls.

We do have a number of different services to help patients, such as the Urgent Sit and Wait clinics that run every morning for patients that have an acute medical issue as well as access to appointments both at the Surgery and across Watford - at other surgeries as part of the Watford Extended Access - which run in the evenings and at weekends.

May I suggest, if you haven't already, sign up for access to the online booking of appointments.

The receptionists at the surgery work hard to assist all our patients. I willl feed back your comment to them and use it as a learning event.
