(as a relative),

my partner had an abdomen ultrasound scan 2 weeks ago today and his doctors have said that there is no results back yet.   How long does results normally take to come back to your doctor. ?

Dear pollydolly,

I am sorry to hear that your doctor says that they have no results back for your partners ultrasound. Ultrasound scans are reported within 1 or 2 days and results are able to be viewed on sci gateway by your doctor after that. A paper copy is also sent to the practice within a couple of days.
