About: St Andrews Community Hospital / Out of Hours

(as a parent/guardian),

I would like to thank the Out of Hours Service in St Andrews Hospital on Saturday afternoon. The nurse, Sioned, went out of her way to be helpful and supportive to my daughter who had developed nasty tonsillitis. Sioned's caring, professional manner towards myself and my daughter were excellent.   Could not fault my first experience of the out of hours service.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback positively in regards to your families care experience and the excellent and professional care delivered by our nurse practitioner. I will ensure they are advised of this compliment. The service aims to deliver quality, patient centred care at all times and on behalf of the service we hope your daughter has improved and is back to full health after her treatment by the urgent care out of hours services.
