I would just like to thank Mr Hassan (neurologists) and all his team for the care that was shown to my husband on his recent brain surgery. The care was excellent in all aspects of his journey
From the secretarial staff Yvonne who phoned us at home and advised us of His pre assessment and admission date.To the pre assessment nurse on ward 66 Karen for her kindness shown to us at a stressful time and sorting out our anxieties.
To the staff of ward 64 were he spent his post op recovery the care he received was excellent
Special thanks to Mr Hassan for phoning me at home on the night of my husband’s operation to reassure me and my family that the operation was over and had went well.This was a kind gesture and meant a lot to us as we had been anxious all day
We would just like to say that you are all a credit to your profession and the NHS and continue with the excellent job you all do
