"Unable to get past first base!"

Self referral is impossible they do a telephone assessment but dont tell you when they plan to call if you miss the call they reschedule and it can be another week. So far I've waited two weeks and haven't got past first base yet. Hopelessly inefficient system and a waste of everyone's time. After chatting on line last week and complaining was told the call would be some time today having waited all day I've just been told in want booked so it will be in the next few days!!!
