My wife and I visited eye casualty this morning following a sudden deterioration in my wife's sight. We were seen promptly by a lovely nurse and then doctor. They were highly competent and knew about my wifes condition of lupus and the eye. They came to a diagnosis quickly and explained fully what was happening and why.
My only small negative is the areas are so cramped but this is such a small negative with such excellent nurses and doctors - oh and reception staff were also great too.
Well done to all and thank you.
"exceptional : well done and thanks"
