About: Pilgrim Hospital / Occupational Therapy

(as a carer),

We were visited by Alison November 2019 to check on my wife's needs. Alison was very friendly and reassuring and told us many things that we could do that we were not aware of. She was also a good listener. She is a credit to the NHS and after a few bad experiences in dealing with the NHS it was good to see someone so dedicated and professional in her duties.
