The speed of someone coming out from my time of contact has been brilliant. this makes a difference when you really need help now, not in a few weeks/months.
The understanding of the situation with staff was excellent and knowing help was needed now as well, after the home visit.
The way the staff spoke to us was very good and also talking to my parent in a way they could understand. This service is invaluable and helps to keep people at home longer with the help, aids and understanding they provide.
