"Disappointed"

I was self paying..I thought after a major abdominal op, I would like a lovely room to recuperate in..,how wrong I was...it was simply awful. Very depressing. The room and bathroom needed completely overhauling into the 21st century. Rusty plug in the sink????!

The nursing staff were not particularly attentive and it seemed to be an effort every time I called them. I was tethered to the bed with tubes, wires etc..so was helpless. I felt very alone, alone and very disappointed that I had spent thousands for nothing.
