About: University Hospital Wishaw / Gynaecology (Ward 13)

(as a relative),

As a visitor with my mum as a patient and myself and other family members in the ward quite a lot. I just want to say that staff are absolute amazing. Some people are very quick to judge the nhs and after hearing some challenging patients the staff were very professional and showed care and compassion at all times. They go above and beyond, especially the CSW’s. They are a credit to the ward and the nhs. You can see sometimes the staff are under pressure and literally never stop. The management should be very proud of all the nurses & csws work.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us about your recent experience with our Gynecology team.

The staff work hard every day to make sure the care they are providing is to the highest standard and that everyone is treated as individuals. I am personally very proud of the whole team and recognise the fantastic work they do. It is always lovely to be able to feedback such positive comments from patients and relatives.
