"Rude receptionist"

My 13 month old son got took in via ambulanve after having a fit. Ambulance staff were amazing got took into a and e were we were faced with a 6 hour wait before been seen. The receptionist when we first went in was lovely but the ome that took over had a seriously bad attitude and was very rude to my partner.having to wait 6 hours with a baby that had had a fit and was still feverish is appauling. After been seen we were took to treetops ward were the staff were amazing. As to why we couldnt have been took there straight away baffles me.
