"Poor Customer Care"

We have been in receipt of care at home support under SDS from the Renfrewshire carers trust in Paisley and I cannot fault the care staff themselves,they do try their best

However there are office based staff who have both brought me to tears on separate occasions 

The truth is being a carer and working mum means that I am a human being not a cog in a machine, life happens  and sometimes care has to be rearranged by speaking to office staff

I feel these staff have been very rude and rigid which means that’s there is no tailor made care to suit me and my family, if anything we are treated all the same with out responding to the differences in culture and background.

There seems to be no personalisation or sensitivity to the diversity in culture that we bring ?  dont get get me wrong, we don’t want to be treated in any special way but we expect that the service will move along and reflect the diverse client  base.  It is an undue stress to be met with some uncaring staff.
