The member of staff personally is to be commended for her customer care and for ensuring my query was answered and followed up, despite an obviously busy surgery. Was much appreciated as had been chasing for answers on a missing prescription all week. The member of staff has been consistently helpful across several surgeries in the area. Thank you!
