I rely on my tablets for high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes, the prescriptions for which are sent to my local chemist. Over the last few months my medication has been late. For instance my tablets are in packs of 28 or 28 days if taking 1 tablet a day. So a prescription should arrive at my chemist every 28 days, this month I am on day 33 thus running out of my medication. My wife telephoned the chemist and on checking they have NOT received my prescription from the surgery. As mentioned before this is not a one off situation, it is getting worse month on month. I also suspect that I am not the only one in this situation, this surgery has in my opinion a huge problem, and should be investigated.
