I am a nervous patient and after having spoken to the nurse about an eye problem, I left feeling as though I was wasting my time. It had taken a long time for me to build up courage to see someone about it and I felt totally fobbed off. I left and had a panic attack in the car park. I don’t know if I will ever feel able to go to a doctor again.
