I have had surgery at Salford royal and care for coeliac disease. An amazing hospital. High level of care and for me excellent all the way. The best surgeon I could wish for. However I have needed a yearly MRCP scan which causes me a lot of stress as no one lets me know the results. This year has been dreadful and PALS have been an utter waste of time. This for me is an administrative failing. It is Important that the patient receives results or what is the point in having the scan. I was scanned in July and we are now in November with no result. Whilst I think this is a wonderful hospital this is really unacceptable.
"Wonderful hospital with appalling administration"
