About: New Birmingham Dental Hospital

my partner and i attended the restorative department. to see a consultant only to be told my partner had to see an understudy . we explained why she was sent and also explained how nervous and anxious she was having had a very bad experience before at the dental hospital. so this understudy did not listen to a word we said . he started by pushing and poking my partners face and the started digging around at my partners teeth and also wobbling them to the extent my partner had bleeding gums and had to spit out a blood clot . she was in so much pain and very upset but was told this had to be done to assess her teeth . sorry to say we halted this assessment right there . we shall not be returning . in this day and age you would think they would have better ways of assessing peoples teeth. barbaric dose not even come close its close on medevil torture . myself i have not seen a dentist since 2001 and nor shell i . its made me even more determined never to go to dentist. there was no compassion at all from these people. on the plus side at least i did not have to pay for the parking.
