"The care I received was exemplary"

About: Perth Royal Infirmary / General Surgery

(as the patient),

The care I received was exemplary. From the first welcome on arriving at the ward to the admin staff member who escorted me back out to the front door, was second to none.

I have one, and only one negative. Whilst in the shower room on the day after my operation, I had an unfortunate incident where I needed assistance. There was NO CALL BUTTON within that unit. Very fortunately a nurse in the ward adjacent, heard my call for assistance and dealt with my predicament admirably. Thank you!

Dear Andross,

Thanks you so much for your feedback, which I have shared with the team in surgery. It's very kind of you to take the time to let them know they made a difference.

Thanks also for the suggestion about the call button. We are following this up.

Best wishes for your recovery.

Kind regards,

Stuart
