"NOT HELPFUL"

went to johnsons hospital, minor injuries unit today 9/11/2019

with my wife as directed by our district nurse in Boston, the receptionist was very unhelpful, and quite rude, we explained two or three times what was needed ( a dressing change) also told her we had everything needed (dressing and gel) and told her we was told by our district nurse to go to johnsons as no doctors surgery open at weekends in Boston ., and was quite rudely told because we had no paperwork ( which we knew nothing about or was needed) there was no district nurse to help.. so my wife who was getting quite distressed by this time walked out in tears...
