"Disgraceful neglectful service"

Failed me on many occasions, no aftercare or follow up care. Awful attitude. Money orientated. Should not deal with mental health patients. Not supportive in anyway. When complaints where made, they replied with a warning letter ... Not good for someone with several health issues. They pass the duty if care to unqualified charities. Despite having several registered health illnesses ... They set tasks and expect you to function as if well. I would avoid this doctor's like a plague. I'm presently moving and considering further action once I secure advocacy. They have made my health conditions worse. Took 18 months for meniscus tear to be repaired. I'm classes as vulnerable and yet they simply say, sorry nothing we can do. So out of touch with patients care needs. Trust not there. Not a doctor's to be depended upon. Takes years to diagnose. Lack of care is clear by all. Got nothing to do with nhs cuts as other doctors are managed better with same nhs issues. Are very dismissive in their care. Should not be granted a license as many people suffered here.
