"Everything was explained to me"

A month ago my experience of NHS Bassetlaw, Worksop fell short.

I think this site alerted the staff to the problems I incurred. 

The next day an A&E sister contacted me directly, listening attentively to me, and noting the things to follow up. They stayed in close contact with me. 

The following day I attended A& E . I was reassured and given a thorough medical by the sister and a consultant. The care and medical expertise were second to none. I was shown my X-rays and everything was explained to me. 

They were committed health professionals showing great care and guidance and they were dedicated to rectify what had gone before..

I want to express my kind thanks and appreciation to all the staff that dealt with me, demonstrating a total commitment in dealing with my ankle injury.
