"A warm, kind Doctor who was excellent"

As a fellow health care professional, I know how important it is to communicate well with your patient and their carers. The Dr in fracture clinic was fabulous! She spoke mostly to the patient (my 13year old son) and explained everything clearly, confirming both his and my understanding. She was gentle when examining him and her overall attitude was kind and lovely!

We have also just received her clinic letter and I have to say I think it is one of the best medical letters I have ever read! She has clearly taken time and effort to make sure instructions are easily understood.

We were in and out of the fracture clinic appointment within half an hour. Fabulous! But most of all, a pleasure to be seen by such a lovely lady. Please do pass on our thanks and wish her well in her career.
