The SPA have been fantastic especially when my very close friend passed away. They helped me to contact important people I wasn't thinking straight and would have been lost without them.

I am pleased that team were able to signpost and able to help in most difficult times. We acknowledges that it can be very distressing and time consuming to make phone calls to various people.
