"Rude customer service from Urology department "

I have recently had to undergo 2 tests and have had to be in touch with the Urology department at Lister hospital and the experience I have had has been so distressing. The woman I spoke to was rude and kept interrupting me when I was asking valid questions. I actually started to cry at one point because I felt so anxious and she told me she would get someone else to call me instead and hung up on me. When I called back in tears, I spoke to another nurse who was meant to be her manager and she was defending her saying' this doesnt sound like her'. I told her that I have anxiety and these issues regarding my bladder have been very traumatic for me. This level of customer service is appalling especially when it comes to health/mental health. They all need a lesson in empathy and compassion. I wish I didn't have to deal with this department but I have to keep chasing to get my appointment booked in.
