"Excellent care"

I took in my hearing aid to have the earpiece checked. I was provided with a new one, was waitlisted for another test. At the test I was thoroughly checked out. I now know there are no signs of serious problems. I have a new more powerful hearing aid and an option to return and have an aid for my other ear also. The clinician was a joy to be treated by me. He explained everything at each stage and I left feeling that I understood my condition and what else might be done to help.

Dear John

Thank you for your lovely feedback, which I have shared with the teams involved in your care. It is great to hear that you left the department feeling well informed and that you have a new, more powerful hearing aid.

Kind Regards
