"Bury Integrated MSK Service, I felt special"

I went to the Bury Integrated MSK Service department. Whole system was brilliant. I didn't have to wait long for my referral letter, nor when I arrived. Despite problems with traffic & parking, they made me feel comfortable & at ease. Treatment ~ they made me feel that they cared about me & my problem & nothing was too much trouble. I wasn't rushed. They listened to what I had to say. Everything was explained in a manner I could understand. I felt I was special to them. Thank you so much.
