"Lack of care package to relative and the stress as a result."

I was a young person running on the streets and had to call police as my brother had become violent at home.  No one helped. Went for many years but no help. Later with great difficulty got him diagnosed with schizophrenia but still no proper help. Even now my brother is not given proper care package as I could not go to work due due to conditions at home and looking after disabled parents. My husband had to sacrifice so many hours of work to look after my brother who is stable under his care. We are suffering and are forced to look after him without any incentives. For many years had not even one day of holiday.. my brother lives with parents in their own home where he is the most safest and happy but due to the ongoing support of my husband who is his carer too.
