"extremely professional"

I had to visit the Rapid access eye clinic on 4th November and I was treated extremely well by the reception, nursing staff and in particular the consultant ophthalmologist who examined me, explained the condition to me with photographs and reassured me that my loss of vision will recover in 4wks time. I am very thankful to him. His professional attitude was very commendable and wish him good luck in his career. The hospital overall is well kept and not over crowded. The ophthalmology department gives excellent care to the patients.
