About: Heartlands Hospital / Paediatric surgery

(as a parent/guardian),

My 14 year old son recently attended the hospital for routine dental surgery.   The whole experiance was eased by the care we received from ward 14 children's ward and theatre staff.   Great care received from th moment we attended the pre op assessment right through until discharged later on the day of the operation.   Communication was great and was made to feel at ease and really made my son feel that he mattered great care from every one and made the whole process a great patient experiance well done to everyone involved in his care

I am so pleased to read that you and your son felt supported throughout and well informed by our staff who do work very hard to ensure a positive patient experience regardless of how busy their workload is.
