"Terrible service"

I was given an 11.30 am appointment at urgent care via 111 service. I arrived at 11.10am and was advised i was early and my appointment was half 11 and they were running late. I was called at approx 12pm. I had a problem with my left foot and after a short half hearted "exam" I was told that she had no idea what was wrong. I was advised to see a podiatrist either through gp or go private.

She did not go for a second opinion from a colleague and i was left to hobble out! I have since been to the queen Elizabeth hospital and have come out with a diagnosis and a treatment plan.

I hope you act in this feedback and treat patients in a better manner in future. I shall not return or recommend anyone to visit. Very disappointing and time wasting. You don't expect a healtcare professional to be unable to diagnose a simple case of plantar fasciitis!!!
