Visit to A&E last night where a nurse ripped my mums Canular out of her arm just to get us out so the could use the cubicle. The doctor didn’t know answers to our questions and in reply to one said “I’m just guessing” my mum has kidneys stones causing an obstruction so she can’t wee and collapsed but according to him that’s normal. Was extremely dissatisfied with the service received last night it was not professional what so ever.
