I was referred to Healthy Minds a few years ago and didn't find them very helpful then. As my mental health got worse, this year I went back to them in the hope they could now help. I had 2 phone calls, full of questionnaires which repeated themselves and in the first call I explained I needed to speak to someone i.e Counselling. I was told counselling isn't something they offer but they can do behavior therapy. Next week we had another phone call, and another questionnaire. The results showed I suffer from Health Anxiety and they were given 3 solutions. None of which would be suitable, and after I have already explained the help they need and they could offer something similar, I was told this is not possible.
This service I have found twice is patronizing, full of questions which repeat itself and they don't find solutions or listen to what help you need.
