I saw a member of staff today in outpatient physio A (self-referral physiotherapy), he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and kind. He reassured me about the way I had managed my ankle injury which was what I needed.
I didn't need to wait to be seen and automatically got an appointment to fit around my work schedule in 3 weeks time.
