About: Bedford Hospital South Wing

I have just called to check an app for Jan 2020 i spoke to the operator who just answered 'YES' not 'Bedford hospital how can i help?' very rude. Also when you go the other route and speak the dept req to the automated service i asked for neurology which was fine, but got connected to dermatology i did this 3 times got the same result. When i finally got through it was an answer machine.

so frustrating! You want people to cancel app which i totally agree with but you make the process so difficult!!
