About: West Cornwall Hospital (Penzance)

I brought my teenage son for a colonoscopy and all of the staff involved - the endoscopist, the nurse who explained the procedure, the nurses who looked after him during the procedure and the nurse in the recovery room - were absolutely lovely: they were caring and good-humoured, helped him to relax, explained everything to us, and handled everything in a calm and professional manner. They really helped a young patient to cope with a stressful procedure.

I was really pleased to hear the staff in our Endoscopy Unit were so kind, caring and compassionate throughout and helped to provide reassurance to your Son before, during and after his procedure.
