"great staff on ward 12"

About: University Hospital (Coventry)

An auxilary was working in ward 12 when I had a crisis and she was so kind listened and supported me throughout. I simply can't praise her enough. she also led a crosswird activity for patients on the bay and everyone engaged she was absolutely fantastic and will be a great assesst to therapy services in her new job.
