The whole team are passionate about providing high standards of patient centred care, and it is really welcomed and a great boost for team morale when we read such positive feedback such as yours reporting that you had such a positive experience despite the discomfort of the condition for which you were referred.

Dignity, compassion and understanding are some of the core values we aim to deliver as a department and as a Trust, so to hear that you felt that you received these and had a positive experience, during your visits, is really encouraging for the team to know. The whole team do appreciate how uncomfortable many of the gynaecology conditions and procedures can be, so aim to be particularly sensitive to the need for dignity and support during visits to our department.
