"Helpful kind staff "

I visited the hospital yesterday when I passed a particular member of staff helping an elderly couple to some seats in reception. The warmth, respect and care that he offered them touched my heart and it made my day. The NHS is filled with so many wonderful staff but to see this young gentleman take the time to go over and beyond when ensuring they were comfortable while waiting, really restored my faith in mankind. I think it is important to let people know that their kindness has been noticed. Thank you to this member of staff I hope the hospital really appreciates the gem they have in you.
