"No call back from Doctor"

After paying for private physio, they did a referral for me. Three weeks after it was sent, and whilst I was off work for half term, I phoned, as stated on the letter, to determine what happens next. I was told they didn’t have my letter after finding out they hadn’t updated my surname change from last year! Apparently it was returned, to the wrong physio branch, when they didn’t connect that the patient with the same Christian name on their record, still at the correct address, but with a different surname, was actually me!!!. The letter was resent and I phoned again the following day. After 20 minutes of trying to get through, I was told that I would get a phone call from a Doctor the following day! I’m still waiting for that call!! Unfortunately I’m back at work on Monday, in a school, and can’t use my mobile phone!! I’m disgusted with the service. Going to move my family and myself to another GP practice. Appalling!
