"Worst and the rudest stuff and doctors ever "

About: University Hospital Lewisham

Had n appointment today 10.20am

Have just been seen after a long wait of 2hours and 45min

The 3 receptionist are very rude and unhelpful

The doctor very rude also did not even sad sorry for running late

He was late and I lost my day of work

He is getting payed for turning up late I’m not getting payed I’m so angry

Very upset with those people in general at this hospital not ones I had good experience with them 😠😡🤬

I do apologise that you had a bad experience whilst attending an ENT outpatient appointment within the Trust. Reception staff have been reminded of the Trust's expected behaviours and values, and there are a number of improvements we plan to implement which we hope will avoid patients having a similar experience in the future.
