"Avoid and register elsewhere "

I would suggest anyone looking to register here , be aware of the following. If you want a non urgent appointment , last Wednesday after 14.00, appointments were being released for November . Urgent appointments you can call in from 08.00 on the day but invariably by the time the telephone is answered , appointments are gone. People are taking to have to have queue up and then then present themselves at the desk at 08.00 in the hope of getting an appointment that day , not very nice for people who are feeling really ill to have to do or if elderly or have young children. Sadly a couple of the receptionists on the desk are very rude and if you challenge them on their rudeness , appointments in my opinion, then seem even harder to achieve. The care of the doctors is not the problem at this surgery, it’s the whole unprofessional and uncaring attitude of reception and the booking system that sadly very much let’s this surgery down
