This is just not a good surgery never any appointments, they never review any medication I have had nothing but a bad experiences with this place.

I apologise I did have a notification of an annual asthma review 14 years after getting diagnosed?!

I suffer from mental health and this surgery knows this I have been fobbed off with all sorts of pills, you can tell it's not taken seriously so I decided not to be medicated anymore as I don't feel I have the support from my doctors. I suffer because my doctors aren't reliable.

I also suffer from gastric problems, I was referred but after it was all done the surgery has had 2 letters from a specialist but I have not heard anything from the surgery...... WEEKS after I know they received them as I was cc'd into the letters, do they expect me to book an appointment I get even get??

P.s the front desk staff and nice people I will give them that

Dear Patient

I am sorry I do not feel this is the appropriate pathway to discuss you personal problems. I suggest that you contact the reception team for a consultation with a GP so your issues can be addressed.

If you have a problem at all in obtaining an appointment please ask to speak to me and I will do my best to help.
