Phoned for an urgent appointment following finding a lump in my breast, I’ve been told there’s a two week delay for appointments and this isn’t an emergency! I’m disgusted and now have a worrying two weeks ahead of me.

We are very sorry to hear about your recent experience with the practice.
What you have described is not our practice policy as we have Book on the day appointments with Duty Doctors and Nurse Practitioners too.
It would be much appreciated if you would contact the Operations Manager at the practice so that this can be investigated for you.
