we as a family would like to thank the receptionist and Doctor for the care, compassion and dignity shown to our son and ourselves by them on Monday 30th September and 7th October. The exceptional support given to us was amazing from you both . The receptionist was not only professional but very very caring and the Doctor was amazing and was able to calm our 43 year old son down. Our son is frightened of doctors and hospitals and finds it difficult to talk but the Doctor has managed to gain his trust which is a big step. Once again thank you.
