Coatbridge health centre blood test clinic. I was very impressed with Maggie - first time I haven't been left with bruises. I think your waiting area could do with a tea and coffee etc vending machine, can be a lot of people waiting.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know of your experience within the phlebotomy service in Coatbridge Health Centre. I will ensure that Maggie is aware of your kind words. The service has just recently gone through a lot of change so it's great to hear nice feedback.

In response to your query around a vending machine unfortunately this would not be possibly. This is mainly around health and safety of hot drinks. This waiting area, as you say, is very busy and there are a lot of children's clinics around this area so there are lots of children running around. Patients are able to purchase cold drinks within the pharmacy area if required, hope this helps you when you next visit the health centre.
