"Lovely staff"

I was terrified of what might be found during a colposcopy examination I was attending for...but the staff were all so lovely and reassuring and explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I feel so much happier about everything now. And the procedure itself was not a problem at all - it was all so laid back and calm, pain - and embarrassment - free and actually quite interesting! Thank you so much to the nurse specialist colposcopist and team!
