"RECEPTIONIST COULDNT BE MORE UNHELPFUL AND RUDE"

I have been advised by a physio to take ibuprofen for a knee inflammation, for 2 weeks , i take blood pressure tablets and the pharmacy advised against ibuprofen for this time period so i rang for advice and i was advised they were to busy, try tomorrow! So professional!!!!!!!!!! i cant call at set time due to the nature of my job, a prescription could be issued after a quick phone consultation at its a tendon/ligament inflammation, theres not a lot of medicine choice, but no, if i cant call at 8am i cant have the phone assessment option either.
