I have found it extremely difficult get information regarding my appointments as no one replies to messages left.When I have left messages to cancel different appointments as I had transferred to Wrightington no one passed those messages on and therefore the therapist at Wolves still thought I was receiving treatment there.

I appreciate staff are overstretched but failure to pass on cancellations can only exacerbate the problem of other patients waiting for appointments.
