"Lack of care and attention"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

Arrived midday with a broken wrist, told waiting time was 1hr. After 2 & 3hrs asked for pain killers & a sling due to excruciating pain, was told I would be seen soon. After 4hrs fellow patient gave me 2 paracetamol. First seen by medical staff 4.30pm, after visits to x-ray & plaster room twice, at 7.30pm told to wait in A&E to be discharged. Time ticked by, after more than 2hrs and 4 times of asking was noticed by a Dr id seen earlier in the day, she couldn't believe I was still there, she checked & informed me they thought id gone home (no idea why). Eventually, after nearly 10hrs, I made my way home.
