"Lovely, Friendly, Professional, Customer-focussed…"

I regularly use this practice's walk-in facility, and I have always found the staff here to be amazing. The nurses are friendly and professional, the doctors (I have only seen a couple) were helpful and friendly and did not make me feel rushed like some of my experience have in the past. But above all I wish to mention the friendly, professional staff, from the ladies on reception to the ladies who run the pharmacy, all of whom work under extremely exacting conditions when dealing with members of the public (from both ends of the evolutionary scale), on a daily basis. Somehow, they always manage to keep a cheery disposition and actually make you feel welcome. In my opinion, they all deserve an immediate pay rise.
